Who loves pinching raw cookie dough?

Need a little sweet fix? 

Afternoon cuppa needs a biscuit?

Or just on the go all afternoon and need something portable whilst driving?

Well now you can… guilt free with these 5-minute protein cookie dough balls.

Ingredients:

•60g vanilla protein powder
•3 tablespoons coconut or almond flour
•3 tablespoons coconut oil
•3 tablespoons almond or cashew butter
•¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
•¼ cup almond milk
•¼ cup chocolate chips

Method:

Blitz everything together to form a dough then add in the chocolate chips and combine. Form balls with your hands and store in the fridge.

Macros

(makes 8) 1 ball:

9g protein
5g carbs
9g fat
