This week long experience focus’s on

• Fun - you will laugh until it hurts

• Fitness training - not only will you build up over the 5 days to tackle the renowned Mike’s assault course (the toughest assault course in the Europe) but you’ll enjoy lifting and technique workshops & epic workouts delivered by the Body Composition Coaching team which focus on technique, Strength, Conditioning and maximising your overall performance
• Nutrition - Food will be prepared on site by our private chef and we will teach you how to learn to fuel yourself towards your goals, energy, health, performance and composition
• Mindset - one of the most valuable parts of the week (15,16,17 feedback) delves deep into you to help you gain clarity on your next goals and steps, helping you create a strategy to achieve them



Overlooking Southern Spain’s mountain and ocean view, Mike’s Gym in Marbella is a holiday for true fitness junkies. Don’t expect the dressy ‘Marbs’ lifestyle all the time (thats for the evenings) but do expect a lot of laughs, a great bunch of people, a lot of sweat and a true huge sense of accomplishment.
We do advise that this retreat is worked towards just like any goal, as it will require a level of fitness, strength and stamina to endure some of the towering obstacles and physical challenges that lie ahead.
Retreats with Body Composition Coaching always have an intensive educational slant too so expect us to squeeze as much insight and learning into the retreat as possible alongside fun, relaxation and great food.
You will find no strict diets, no abstention from alcohol and nobody forcing you to workout if you do not wish. This is a really good laugh above all else and you’ll love hanging out with likeminded people in this beautiful beach town setting.
