We're excited that on average they've lost over 2.5kgs / 5 1/2lbs each! This week’s featured graduate decided to do two of the 6 week programs back-to-back! Gosh… today’s recipe from Ash’s pantry is her 5 simple ingredient Microwave Brownies! ⠀ 25g protein, 15g of carbs and 15g of fat and 100% tasty! You can make these in a microwave safe mug or plastic tub. We’ve made it in our nifty #sistemaplastic bowl usually reserved for our overnight oats. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The ingredients:⠀ ️ 1 scoop chocolate protein powder ⠀ ️ 1 egg⠀ ️ ½ banana mashed ⠀ ️ 2 tablespoons coco powder⠀ ️ 1 tablespoons almond or cashew butter⠀ ️ Roughly 60ml almond milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Mix together to form batter. Put in microwave safe box or individual mugs.
